II) Collection of data
The following application data is collected and processed during the application:
- Form of address
- Title
- First name
- Surname
- Street
- Zip code
- Place/City
- Telephone
- Application title
- Earliest possibility to start employment
- Application documents (covering letter, curriculum vitae, testimonials, certificates, etc.)
In addition, technical information is automatically transmitted to us when you visit our pages from your web browser. These are, for example, information about the browser you are using, information about the operating system, the time and date of your visit and, if applicable, the referrer URL. The use of this information is exclusively for statistical evaluations in order to improve HR marketing and recruiting activities. As a user, you remain anonymous.
We are not able to merge this data with the data from your application.
In addition, we point out that the data you provide may be used to compile statistics on the application process. The compilation of these statistics takes place exclusively for our own purposes in anonymous form and under no circumstances personalized.
III) Application possibilities:
Applications for job advertisements are possible in the following way:
- by e-mail to the named person/contact
- or by postal mailing to the named NEXONTIS entity as stated above
Purpose of processing/transfer/legal basis
The collection and processing of your personal application data are exclusively earmarked for the filling of positions within our group of companies. By sending your application and your data you agree to the use of your data in all enterprises in our group of companies.
All your data will be stored in our application management system. The stored data will only be made available to the employees who are entrusted with the recruitment.
Upon completion of the application process and provided that you receive a contract offer, your data will be used for the preparation of the contract offer and organisation of the training, e.g. creation of the user account, used to order the IT equipment and for the introduction day.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal application data for the purposes of the employment relationship is Article 6 (1) (f) DSGVO [GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation].
The legal basis for the transmission of data within our group of companies is Article 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.
Retention period of the application data
Your data that is stored in the application management system will be automatically deleted 6 months after completing the application process.
This does not apply insofar as statutory provisions preclude deletion, further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or you have expressly agreed to a longer storage.

In order to protect the data collected in the context of your application against manipulation and unauthorized access, we have taken various technical and organizational precautions.
